  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

In another bowl, beat together 3 mashed bananas, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup melted butter.
